                           You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3–8 working days from the order placement. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
                          At Eloyra, we value your time and money. Our goal is to deliver your carefully crafted jewelry in pristine condition. To ensure this, we have partnered with trusted logistics and courier services.
Shipping Fee
                         A flat fee of ₹60 is applied to all orders with a cart value of less than ₹399.
Orders with a cart value of ₹399 or more, or those eligible for a special discount/offer, will enjoy free shipping.
                         Please note: The shipping fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Delivery Time
                         The delivery timeline may vary depending on your delivery address. However, a good estimate to keep in mind is 4–7 working days after order is dispatched

Shipping Regions : We currently ship across India. Payment Policy No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD as a payment option. All orders must be paid for in advance through the available online payment methods. 
                        Cancellation and Return Policy No Cancellations or Returns : We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 
                        Claims for Damaged or Defective Products Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
